“ Great bartender. Great cocktails. The food was amazing as always. The mussels and egg rolls have been on the menu for years and was so glad to see they were still available and they tasted just as good as I remembered! And the vegan peanut butter cheesecake was to die for. ”
“ This was our first visit on a friends recommendation. The atmosphere of this old building is wonderful with it's large exposed beams and rustic but warn look. It's nicely laid out with a spacious first floor and an attractive second floor dining area. The menu offered a great selection of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes. We opted for a scallop special and a salmon special of the day. Both were a melt-in-your-mouth experience and were perfectly prepared and delicious. The drinks we ordered were spot-on and icy cold. “ Are you telling me you have not been here yet?!? You're missing out! Make a reservation and get going tonight! Entrance is on the east side of the building. Staff is fantastic, we were helped by both the hostess and the bartender. Great sense of humor by both. Apps were delicious, we had the lentil soup, and the quesadilla. I'm telling you right now, order that quesadilla app. Unsure how they made jalapenos with all seeds have less heat and be sweet, but you're signing yourself up for a good time with that. Meals were unreal. I got the daily special which was pasta with pumpkin, chestnuts, spinach, arugula, sauce, and I added chicken. If this is on the menu, get it. We also had the salmon with crispy potatoes.. I mean, I sound like a shill, but this meal was fantastic. We got the bread with our plates.. recommend. Oh yeah, and the place looks fantastic. Stop reading, and go make a reservation. ”

I also ordered a cake to celebrate and it was delicious. Best birthday cake we’ve had, hands down! As LOR fans, we liked the atmosphere with all the wood and greenery (gave shire vibes). “ After 3 years vegan and 6.5 plant-based, this fine establishment did not disappoint. Just because I wanted to make sure that I made good use of the experience, I wanted to try it all! Being from Central MA I was excited for the variety of fresh seasonal vegetation. The reviews meant that I would be in for fresh-made food that would not be salty and I’m here for it! Being plant-based means quality food that’s healthy so that we can enjoy cocktails and good wine :) We started with the Egg Rolls and Sourdough Bread with Oil. The Lychee Martini was made from a puree and on the sweet side but delicious as ever. Very refreshing! The bread is worth taking home in a paper bag if you don’t finish it. We had some the next day with breakfast eggs and butter. The Tofu Steak and Cauliflower reheats very well the next day and the Mac n Cheese (made vegan by cashew cream) is great but I would have liked more seasoning and more sauce. The noodles were cooked to perfection. My great friend enjoyed the quesadilla. It was crisp and flavorful and not too big but enough for one person. The highlights for me are the friendly and the fresh food. I can see some thinking the food is bland but for those who put health first I give it 10 stars.
